Jordan Grand Prix

Club Jordan Factory visit 1999

Club Jordan

On a weekend free from racing in September 1999, Jordan Grand Prix opened its doors to the team supporters who were members of Club Jordan. The full day consisted a tour of the facilities, a BBQ lunch and an inspirational talk from the man himself, Eddie Jordan. Driver Heinz-Harald Frentzen made an unannounced appearance. Team mate Damon Hill was otherwise engaged. The day ended with the Jordan Grand Prix fleet of trucks leaving for Monza where the following week, Heinz-Harald no doubt motivated by the support from the Club Jordan members took his 3rd and final Grand Prix win and his second of the season with Jordan Grand Prix.
